LIFE UPDATE: I’m on week 5 after my knee surgery, and you bet it’s been a roller coaster. Still walking with a limp, but at least I’m walking! 🤷🏼‍♀️⠀ ⠀ I’m back to London on Tuesday, and feeling so damn bittersweet about it. The last 5 weeks haven’t felt like “real” life, but it’s only hitting me now that I’m about to say goodbye to my family again. ⠀ ⠀ Right now, @jl26g10 is moving our stuff into our new place, so when I get back I’ll be moving straight into our new place... together! 😍⠀ ⠀ So much going on, and thank you guys for being so patient with me. I’m going to enjoy these last few days with my family, and once I’m back in London I’ll be back on the gram... properly! Sending love, Elle x
In light of #worldmentalhealthday, here’s an honest post. This knee operation has impacted my life, both physically & mentally, more than I ever thought possible. I’m slowly coming to terms with the long battle ahead, and trying to tackle it one day at a time. Take care of your pals, and remember to always ask how they’re doing - even if they seem to always be happy. Might feel silly, but you could change someone’s life! 🙌🏼 #worldmentalhealthday2018
The canola fields in country NSW, Australia are pretty damn special! 😍 I hope you’re all having a great start to the week (or sweet end if you’re in London!). Only ten days till I go back, so trying to enjoy this last week with my family at my favourite spot in the world, Sawtell. 🙌🏼 It’s my fave beach in the world... will share some photos on my story later! #livewithelle
At the time of this hike, I whined SO much. I’m sure I drove my friends mad, because I wanted to turn back so many times.⠀ ⠀ If I’d known that my knee would be ruined a month later, and the ability to hike would vanish for almost a year, I would have treated it so differently. ⠀ ⠀ Lesson learned? Don’t take things for granted, especially your health. Enjoy every moment, and take a second to appreciate how damn lucky you are 🙌🏼

You can take the girl from the beach, but you can’t take the beach from the girl! 🌊⠀ ⠀ Sorry I’ve been quiet on here lately... I’m in country NSW for my best friend’s wedding and fulfilling my maid of honour duties.⠀ ⠀ It’s been a bit of relief not grabbing for my phone at every second! Definitely going to try it more often I think 🙌🏼
