Tuna Pasta Salad

This is definitely one of the easiest meals you can make, and is a great example of something you can make in bulk and have throughout the week AKA Meal Prep!!

Tuna Pasta Salad


- 1 1/2 tomatos


1/2 avocado


1 carrot


Large tin of tuna in springwater


Bag of wholegrain pasta


Chunk of feta

- Handful of baby spinach


1. Boil a pot of water and put the pasta in to cook.

2. Cut up all vegetables - I diced the tomatoes, sliced the carrots and sliced the avocado then scooped it out!

3. Once the pasta has cooked and cooled down (I put mine in the fridge for ten minutes!) Add in the baby spinach, carrot and tomatoes.

4. Stir through throughly, then add the tuna and avocado

5. Sprinkle feta on top and then you're done!
