REVIEW: Avani Broadbeach Residences in Broadbeach
The Gold Coast is one of the most beautiful places in Australia, and anywhere along the coast is always going to offer a sense of calm. Surfer’s Paradise is often number one on tourist’s lists, but if you’re after more calm beach vibes, Broadbeach is an absolute must.
The Avani Broadbeach Residences are only an 8 minute walk from Kurrawa Beach, and are the ideal residences for work, business or play. Whether you’re after a week of lounging by the pool, a week of focused work with a view or a base to explore the Gold Coast, the Avani Broadbeach Residences suits everyone.
Recently refurbished, the Avani in Broadbeach offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, and a stretch of beach as far as the eye can see. All of the rooms are airy and sleek, giving them a fresh vibe and modern vibe. The Avani Broadbeach Gold Coast residences consist of either 1 or 2 bedroom suites, that all have a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, including a dishwasher, stove top and fridge.
We stayed in a two bedroom premier ocean suite for three nights, and really, really loved it. We were on level 34, and towered above Broadbeach. We had a stunning view of Kurrawa beach, and watched the sun rise over the long stretch of beach each morning.
The interiors were decorated neutrally, with lovely pastel pops of colours that really tied the whole feel of Avani together. The wifi was extremely fast, and the pool was so lovely to swim in. There are giant pod chairs for you to curl up in during the day, and enjoy the sun and water if you’re not a beach person.
The location of Avani Residences in Broadbeach is very central, and you’re surrounded by cafes, the Star casino and the beach! If you’re peckish, head to No Name Lane for a coffee or walk a little further to Elk Espresso for the best brunch you’ll ever have.
