Hey guys!

I start my 8 week challenge tomorrow, and this is week one's meal plan! I'm doing this challenge with a few friends, and I invite you to do the same! I'll (hopefully) be posting my meal plans each week!

GROCERY LIST
MEAT
-          2 x chicken breast
-          4 x pieces of ham
-          1 x big can of tuna
-          2 x fish fillets
-          2 x rashers of bacon
FRUIT & VEGGIES
-          Bananas (one large bunch)
-          1 x sweet potato
-          Baby spinach x 1 large bag
-          2 x avocado (only if on special!)
-          1 x bag of carrots (have the rest as snacks)
-          Microwaveable steamed vegetables
OTHER
-          1 x can of chickpeas
-          Feta
-          Wholegrain pasta
-          Rye wraps
-          Oats
-          Smoothie ingredients – (I normally use baby spinach, frozen berries & bananas)
-          Bag of nuts (almonds are preferable)
-          Milk (up to you – almond is the best!)
-          Eggs
-          1 x chobani yoghurt
-          WHATEVER FRUIT YOU’D LIKE
