What's in my pantry?




Hello! I've had lots of people ask me – what are some staple ingredients in your pantry? It can be really tough to eat healthy when your pantry is filled with crap, and the only way to amend this is to fill your pantry with wholesome goodies and baking staples. At first, your grocery bill will seem excessive. Healthy flours such as coconut flour and almond meal do not come cheap – though they do come with heaps of extra health benefits! I know how expensive things can be – I’m a full time student trying to eat healthy all the time! I do promise though, if you invest in some of these costly ingredients (and others that are super cheap!) you will be able to lead a healthier, happier life!


My Pantry Staples
-         -  Coconut flour
-          - Almond meal
-          - Whole wheat flour
-          - Baking powder
-          - Macadamia oil
-          - Coconut oil
-          - Stevia sweetdrops
-          - Natvia
-          - Chia seeds
-          - Quinoa
-          - Almond milk
-          - Cacoa powder/cocoa powder
-          - Cacoa nibs/dark chocolate chips
-          - Chocolate/vanilla protein
-          - Oats
-          - Walnuts/almonds/macadamias
-          - Dates
-          - Bananas
-          - Sweet potato
-         -  Baby spinach
-         -  Avocado

-        - Cottage Cheese
-        - Frozen berries
-        -  Honey
